Shipping outside India will be chargeable depending upon the weight & volume of the outfit & the country of dispatch.
Any claim relating to Needle Eye Website shall be governed by the laws and shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Bengaluru, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Needle Eye intellectual property rights, Needle Eye may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
